Announces: Demonstration against war contracts in Seattle, Febuary 4th, "Thursday morning at 8 a.m. Olympic Hotel, 5th and Seneca." Calls for: "The people of Seattle will not be pawns in these death games ... now is the time to voice your protest to the dehumanizing, destructive system we live under." Quote from document: "This Thursday and Friday vice presidents of the Defense Department's top 17 defense contractors, representatives of the Defense Department, and 200 Seattle businessmen will meet in the Olympic Hotel. This conference was set up by the Defense Department and Senators Jackson and Magnuson in order to 'bolster Seattle's economy by providing millions of dollars worth of defense work' in Seattle."
