Background information: The kidnapping of 11 OPEC ministers in Vienna occurred on December 21, 1975, and was orchestrated by the international terrorist "Carlos the Jackal" (Ilich Ramirez Sanchez). The NYC LaGuardia Airport bombing occurred on December 29, 1975, killing 11 people. The identity of those responsible is still unknown.
