Proposed plan of action for Mississippians who will take part in the Poor People's Campaign in Washington, D.C., in the spring of 1968. The Poor People's Campaign was sponsored and organized by the Southern Christian Leadership Conference in an effort to gain economic assistance and support for the poor in America.
