Mississippi Delegation Position Paper presented at the convention of the National Conference for New Politics in Chicago, Illinois, August 29 - September 4, 1967. Calls for reform in education and welfare, an end to the draft for African-American males in Mississippi, labor reform, and financial support to aid African-American organizations in Mississippi. Also requests support for African-American candidates in the up-coming November election.
