Seated at a table in front of the altar at the St. Paul United Methodist Church in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, during Freedom Summer, 1964 are, left, SNCC Field Secretary Sandy Leigh, Director of the COFO-Hattiesburg Project, and another African-American man, who is wearing two SNCC pins. The occasion is a meeting of the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party (MFDP).
