Volunteer Sandra Adickes (center) teaches one of her Freedom School classes at Priest Missionary Baptist Church in Palmers Crossing, Hattiesburg, Mississippi, during Freedom Summer, 1964. Seated second from the left is student Carolyn Moncure and on the far right is her sister Diane Moncure. Another one of the students in the class is Ola Mae Liggett.
