From the Randall (Herbert) Freedom Summer Photographs. A close-up of the SNCC (Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee) staff leading a large group of volunteers in singing Freedom Songs in an auditorium during the second SNCC Orientation Session at Western College for Women located in Oxford, Ohio, between June 22 and 27, 1964. In the front of the audience on the right is Fannie Lou Hamer and to her right is Chuck Neblett, a SNCC Freedom Singer.
