From the Miller (Michael J.) Civil Rights Collection; The document describes a plan to revamp and enlarge the communications department of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC) so that it plays a greater role in the civil rights movement. The plan presents a communications department made up of six sections: news, publications, promotion, movement materials, signal corps, and audio-visual and describes the tasks and scope of each section.
