The MFDP argues that these representatives were unconstitutionally elected after the Mississippi Secretary of State refused to place the names of MFDP candidates on the November 1964 state ballots. Includes the plan of action for the Congressional Challenge, as well as background information on the Mississippi Freedom Democratic Party.
