Explains the discrimination against African Americans in Mississippi, especially with regard to proper living conditions, medical care, and basic civil rights. Discusses a reformed welfare system, enforced by the federal government, as well as reforms in the electoral system. Also calls for an end to the Vietnam War and United States aid to South Africa.
