Oral history. Interview conducted on 11-11-1995 with Larry Rubin (born 1942). In 1961, he helped to register voters in the South for the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee. In late 1963 and in 1964, Mr. Rubin worked as a civil rights activist in Marshall County.

This interview is part of the Civil Rights Documentation Project, funded by the Mississippi Humanities Council, the National Endowment for the Humanities, the Mississippi Department of Archives and History, and the University of Southern Mississippi.
