Photograph of the Hilyard family. Gene Hilyard, a distributor at the California Eagle, is pictured with his wife, Greta, and their three children. Gordon, the youngest child, sits on his mother's lap; the names of the other two children are not known. The Hilyards gave this photograph to Charlotta Bass, publisher of the California Eagle; the back of the photograph contains the handwritten message "To Our Grandmother With All Our Love, The Hilyard Family."
