Photograph of staff who worked at the California Eagle in 1951 during a staff reunion in the late 1970s. The former staff members in the front row, from left, are Kerry Jackson, writer; Edward "Abie" Robinson, circulation, sports editor, social editor and crime reporter; Grace Simons Glass, executive editor; and Wendell Green, feature and editorial writer. In the back row, from left, are Brad Pye, sports editor, and Hal Miller, writer. Charlotta Bass retired from the Eagle in 1951, after serving as publisher of the weekly publication for 40 years. The newspaper ceased publication in 1965.
