Bob Williams of Berkley, Calif. Halted the four year reign of Brunswick staff member J. Wilbert Sims when he out-paced the Chicagoan, 282.30 Petersen points to 278.03. His efforts netted him $1,500 and the champions trophy. In the women's division, Cleveland kegler Gloria Hurd toppled the tenpins to the tune of 156.15 Petersen points for first place and $600. R.F. Williams, Brunswick Cleveland Branch manager, congratulates the new king and queen of the NBA on their bowling performance.
