In the top row, from left, are David Williams, an attorney who later became the first African-American judge appointed to the U.S. District Court in Los Angeles; Mrs. Bradford; H. Claude Hudson, founder of Broadway Federal Savings and former president of the Los Angeles Branch NAACP; George Beavers, one of the founders of Golden State Mutual Insurance Company; and Dr. Taylor, a physician who owned the Taylor Medical Building at Jefferson Boulevard and Western Avenue. In the bottom row, from left, are Mrs. Taylor, Alweeda Williams, and Willie May Beavers.
