Photograph of Reuben W. Borough, left, during his 1946 campagn for U.S. Congress from the 20th District of California. The identities of the other two people in the photograph are unknown. The car in the background has two signs attached to it. One is a campaign poster with a photograph of Borough, declaring "Fight Inflation, Borough for Congress." The other sign reads "No more gravel pits." The back of the photograph contains the handwritten notation: "My 1946 campaign for Congress. 20th district."
