Letter from Joseph A. DeLaine, Sr. of Summerton, South Carolina, to Flutie Boyd requesting that Boyd direct African Americans at the voter registration board. DeLaine concedes "the stand that I take may cost me my job as a school teacher." The letter also lists current officers of the Clarendon County, South Carolina, branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). This letter duplicates another in the collection.
