Letter from Levi Pearson of Manning, South Carolina, addressed "To Whom It May Concern," expressing his continued interest in the school bus transportation case, Pearson v. County Board of Education, 1948, and his employment of attorney Harold Boulware of Columbia, South Carolina. Pearson's case was filed March 16, 1948 and was thrown out of court June 8 because Pearson lived in the wrong school district.
The Civil Rights Digital Library received support from a National Leadership Grant for Libraries awarded to the University of Georgia by the Institute of Museum and Library Services for the aggregation and enhancement of partner metadata.
