Letter from W. T. Briggs and R. E. Briggs, Trustees of District Number 30 in Silver, Clarendon County, South Carolina, addressed "To the Principal and Teachers of Silver School." The letter threatens that principal Joseph A. DeLaine, Sr., will be held responsible for the administration of all school regulations if improvements are not made.
