DeLaine compares the council's ideology to fascism in Nazi Germany an Italy and of the Ku Klux Klan in America. The speech includes handwritten notes in the margins and on the reverse.
The Civil Rights Digital Library received support from a National Leadership Grant for Libraries awarded to the University of Georgia by the Institute of Museum and Library Services for the aggregation and enhancement of partner metadata.
