|Date:||1983 Aug. 5, 2007|
Four page progress report prepared by the Economic Development Committee, dated August 5, 1983, on the designation of enterprise zones to facilitate policy and legislation that would support economic growth in South Carolina. The committee recommends continuing the study of revenue impact on enterprise zones, the monitoring of a job credit tax bill, and observing the authority for the participation of small and minority businesses located in depressed rural areas in South Carolina.
