The Clifford Baldowski cartoon depicts the South as Scarlett O'Hara looking in a mirror while combing her hair and saying "Oh fiddle-d-dee, I'll put that off until tomorrow!" Also reflected in the mirror is a copy of the 1954 Supreme Court decision. The drawing has been marked out with a black "X" and the words "1967 Federal Court decision."
