The Clifford Baldowski cartoon depicts Marvin Griffin holding a mirror labeled "Race Issue" that is reflecting light into a man's eyes. As the man stares at the light, Griffin is slipping a book titled "The Griffin Record" and one marked "Memories of Marvin" into his back pocket. At the same time, the man's wallet, labeled "Georgia's taxpayers" is falling to the floor.
