Civil Rights-related lesson plans cover topics such as influential women in the Civil Rights movement, the Civil Rights movement through film, efforts for professional recognition by African Americans, and school desegregation and prejudice in the United States.
The Civil Rights Digital Library received support from a National Leadership Grant for Libraries awarded to the University of Georgia by the Institute of Museum and Library Services for the aggregation and enhancement of partner metadata.
